Exchange & Return Policy
• Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.
• To be eligible for exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and have all original packaging and tags intact.
• Exchanges are accepted for size changes or product defects only.
• Exchange shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is confirmed defective or damaged by our team.
• Each T-shirt is custom printed with doodle designs. Minor variations in color, print alignment, or placement may occur. These are a natural part of the creative printing process and are not considered defects.
• If you need to request an exchange, please send your request to (Lilacart25.ae@gmail.com) and include:
1- Your order number or your mobile number.
2- Clear photos of the item(s).
3-The reason for the exchange.
RETURN POLICY:
• We do not offer cash or card refunds. Instead, we issue store credit equal to the value of the returned item.
• Store credit is valid for 90 days from the date of issue and can be used on our website.
• Store credit is issued only if the requested size or design for exchange is not available.
• Store credit will be issued only after we receive the returned item and confirm that it is still in its original, unused, and acceptable condition.
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is confirmed defective or damaged on arrival by our team.
